Concrete vibration forming technology
Concrete vibration molding uses vibrating machinery to increase the fluidity of the concrete mixture to facilitate molding and increase the compactness of the concrete. After the concrete mixture is poured, a vibration machine is used to transmit vibration energy of a certain frequency, amplitude and excitation force to the concrete mixture, which greatly reduces the adhesion and internal friction and makes it appear in a heavy liquid state.
